• Built a real-time event management system with QR code check-in, dynamic greeting screens, ticket printing, and automated WhatsApp API notifications; proactively eliminated concurrent-access race conditions pre-launch, ensuring zero event-entry failures under live concurrent load.
• Reduced API response times and sustained high availability during live peak-traffic events by profiling Eloquent ORM and raw SQL execution plans, eliminating N+1 query patterns, refactoring over-fetching API responses, and applying Redis caching to high-frequency endpoints.

• Designed and launched a production-grade Point of Sales (POS) system from greenfield to deployment — covering MySQL schema design, OOP business logic in Laravel, RESTful API layer, and frontend integration — enabling real-time transaction tracking and inventory management from day one.
• Audited and refactored 3 inherited legacy B2B enterprise systems (Laundry, Cooperative, Pawnshop), systematically identifying and eliminating critical logical defects, data integrity violations, and authentication vulnerabilities that had caused recurring production failures across all 3 platforms.
