Technical Discovery
After you schedule a call or send an email, we will conduct a 30-45 minute technical discovery session. Here, I will analyze your current technology stack (Laravel, Vue, or Go), meticulously understand the active bottlenecks, and define the project scope. I will not waste your time—if I am not the right fit for the exact problem, I will tell you upfront.
Proposal & Code Audit
If we decide to move forward, I will typically request temporary (NDA-protected) access to your repositories to conduct a brief code audit. Based on that empirical data, I will construct a comprehensive technical proposal, detailing realistic delivery timelines, perfectly safe zero-downtime refactoring strategies, and a transparent fixed-price quote with zero hidden fees.
Engineering Execution
Once the contract is formalized, rapid execution begins. I scaffold isolated local environments using Docker, immediately begin writing automated tests (TDD) to confidently freeze legacy behavior, and deploy improvements incrementally. You will receive routine asynchronous technical updates (via Notion/Slack) so you retain total visibility over the project's trajectory.

I operate with a strict < 24-hour response SLA for active clients. For production emergencies, I offer priority async communication via Slack/Discord.
